About Andres

Andres is an experienced dentist with over 20 years in the profession, having practised in Colombia, Chile, and Australia. He has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, oral rehabilitation, and lost teeth replacement, with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment planning and preserving natural teeth whenever possible.

Andres has a background in epidemiology and dental research, and early in his career, he was engaged in teaching, disease prevention, and promoting oral health within communities. He has published significant research in the dental field and remains dedicated to evidence-based dentistry and professional education.

He later completed postgraduate training in Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the University of Sydney, which further enhanced his expertise in complex restorative dentistry, including full-mouth rehabilitation and implant-supported treatments for those with lost teeth.

Andres believes that personalised dentistry begins with listening to patients, understanding their unique concerns, and providing clear, practical treatment options. His approach combines contemporary techniques with conservative dentistry, aiming to achieve functional, aesthetic, and maintainable results over the long term.

He particularly enjoys building genuine relationships with his patients, creating an environment where they feel comfortable, understood, and involved in decisions about their dental care.
